Age policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

Adults only

DAYSTY is for people aged 18 or over. When you enter the site or join, you declare that you are an adult. That declaration is not an identity check.

Stronger checks

Creators must pass identity and age verification before they can broadcast or earn. We may also ask viewers to verify their age before using some features, depending on the law and the risk.

If we think someone is under 18

We restrict the account straight away, review it, and keep the minimum records needed. Anyone who appears to be under 18 in a broadcast is removed from it at once.

Appeals

If your account was restricted by mistake, appeal through Support and we will review it.
