Who can use DAYSTY

DAYSTY is for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and adult content must be legal where you are. You are responsible for checking that.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password private and do not share your account. We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Creators

Creators must pass identity, age and consent checks before they can broadcast or earn. Everyone who appears in a broadcast must be a verified adult who has agreed to take part. Creators who are rejected, expired or suspended cannot broadcast, and we may ask for checks to be repeated.

What is not allowed

  • Anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
  • Content made, shared or recorded without the full consent of everyone in it.
  • Coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or violence.
  • Illegal content or activity of any kind.
  • Impersonation, harassment, hate, or sharing other people’s private information.
  • Spam, fraud, chargeback abuse, or trying to get around verification or security.

Tips, sessions and payments

Prices and fees are shown before you pay. Payment features may be unavailable at times. Refund and dispute rules are shown when you buy, and you can contact Support about any payment. A tip supports a creator; it does not give you ownership of anything.

Moderation and appeals

We review reports. We may remove content, end a broadcast, restrict an account or suspend it. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal through Support.

Recording and sharing

You must not record, copy or redistribute streams or creator content without permission. No platform can technically stop someone recording a screen, so please think carefully about what you share.

Our responsibility

DAYSTY is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, by other users, or by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
